These Are Our Kids: Transforming Juvenile Detention in Three American Cities This JDAI video documents the power and effectiveness of juvenile detention reforms in Cook County (Chicago), Illinois, Multnomah County (Portland), Oregon, and Santa Cruz County, California. Each DVD includes two versions of the video, the original 32 minute documentary with extended interviews and information; and a 13 minute condensed version covering JDAI's primary points for use in presentations and conferences.
