New Jersey Reformer Macaluso Promoted
Lisa Macaluso, the long-time advocate and reformer who helped guide New Jersey’s expansion efforts, has been promoted to serve as deputy director of crime prevention in the office of the New Jersey Attorney General. She continues to co-chair New Jersey’s JDAI coordinating group and serve as the JDAI team leader.
Macaluso was the director of the New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission office of local programs and services. She has taught criminal justice courses at West Chester University and Rutgers University, and is pursuing a doctorate at Rutgers. Macaluso recently participated in JDAI’s Applied Leadership Network program.
