New JDAI Sites: Maine, Florida, Pennsylvania and New York

Four states joined the JDAI network in 2012: Maine, Florida, Pennsylvania and New York. JDAI is now active in 38 states, plus the District of Columbia. There are 144 local JDAI sites.
