Casey invested $3.3 million over 12 years in Milwaukee, WI, Institute of Transformation Learning to help them provide technical assistance to charter schools and independent private schools serving students participating in the city’s voucher program.

Casey invested a total of $3.8 million over 10 years in Foundations, Inc.of Philadelphia, PA, which provides technical assistance to a variety of charter and district schools across the city.
