Note on preparation and participation: Preparation includes reflective practice, required reading and constant application of tools, skills and methods. Given the time, rigor and practice required for learning and application of the methods to accelerate the achievement of improved outcomes for children and families, each participant is expected to prepare for and attend all seminars from start to finish. This leadership program is an intensive commitment and will require time away from other professional and personal responsibilities. It is the program’s intention to align content and assignments with the participant’s current professional responsibilities and organizational goals. If an applicant is unable to fully commit to the program and all of the seminar dates, then he/she may consider applying for the program during a future cycle.
