Sponsored by the Annie E. Casey Foundation and developed by School & Main Institute and partners, the curriculum draws on adolescent development research and positive youth development principles. It is designed to help practitioners build on young people’s strengths, strengthen relationships with families and support fair, developmentally appropriate responses to youth.
The curriculum includes an introduction and six learning modules covering positive youth development, racial and ethnic equity and inclusion, youth voice and leadership, family relationships, cross-system collaboration and changes to policy and practice.
