At Jim Casey Youth Oppor­tu­ni­ties Ini­tia­tive^® part­ner sites, net­work part­ners are help­ing young peo­ple make suc­cess­ful tran­si­tions from fos­ter care to adult­hood. Young peo­ple ages 14–26 who have expe­ri­enced fos­ter care are con­nect­ed to the rela­tion­ships, resources and oppor­tu­ni­ties they need to ensure their well-being and success.
