Seminar Dates

In-person attendance is required for all seminars. Participants should plan to arrive the day before each seminar to ensure they are ready to begin on time the following morning.

The Annie E. Casey Foundation's travel partner, BCD Travel, will arrange all participant travel. The Foundation covers seminar-related travel expenses, including airfare or rail travel, hotel accommodations, meals, parking and mileage.

Each seminar day begins with breakfast at 7:45 a.m. ET. On the final day, sessions conclude by 1 p.m. ET.
