This report describes the Annie E. Casey Foundation's experience in building the capacity of grantees to utilize a results framework in their work with children and families. Beginning in 2007, the Foundation instructed grantees in New Haven, Connecticut, in the use of its Results-based Accountability (RBA) model to align nonprofit leaders in advancing shared outcomes related to family economic stability. This report captures the community's journey in this effort.
