The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), passed in 2009, creates more than $787 billion in new funding, of which more than $16 billion will be allocated to programs and services that target those populations most affected by the economic downturn. This guide is designed to help leaders learn more about the funding opportunities provided by the stimulus bill to help low-income families build assets.
